Customers may sign up for new water, sewer, recycling and garbage service, obtain account information, or have their service discontinued through the Clerk-Treasurer's Office at the City of Woodland City Hall.

To make payment arrangements on past due bills, please contact our Utilities Clerk at 360-225-8281, ext 116 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.

We are located at 230 Davidson, Woodland, WA.


COVID-19 Response


The City is not assessing late fees or disconnecting water while Governor Inslee's COVID-19 Procalamtion is in effect. You will continue to receive bills and past due reminders during this time. Please contact our office at 360-225-8281 if you are having trouble paying your bill to make payment arrangements.


City offices are currently closed to the public. Utility payments can be made online, by phone (855-342-5957, by mail or by drop box (located in the public parking lot at 2nd and Davidson)

New Residential Customers

To set-up a utilities account in your name, the following must be received by the City:

  • Completed Utility Services Application

  • $225 deposit (deposit can be refunded or credited to your current bill by request after one year if your account is in good standing)

  • The application can be obtained in person at the City Hall Annex or downloaded &/or completed in the Documents Center.
