Payment Information

Utility payments may be made in person at the City Hall Annex, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.  We are located at 230 Davidson, Woodland, WA

When paying in person, please bring your most recent billing statement or notice with you. Always show your utility account number on your check.  If paying more than one utility account with one check, indicate each account number and amount paid.  Make checks payable to the City of Woodland. (Credit card payment acceptance-coming soon.)

For your convenience, a payment drop box is located in the public parking lot, next to the Annex, at Second and Davidson.  Payments are collected each morning, processed, and then posted by 5 p.m.   For your safety, please do not deposit cash into the payment drop box.

If making payment to avoid water shut off, payments should be made in person at the City Hall Annex.

Also for your convenience, the City of Woodland offers an automatic direct pay payment program for its utility customers.  An application form may be obtained at the City Hall Annex, or by downloading the Direct Pay application.  Additional information may be obtained by calling the Utilities Department at 360-225-8281.
