Boards & Commissions - Planning Commission

The Woodland Planning Commission meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Woodland Council Chambers which is located at 200 East Scott Avenue, Woodland, WA.

The Planning Commission conducts public hearings related to the Comprehensive Plan and its implementation, including zoning and subdivision regulations. The Planning Commission also reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council on the adoption and enforcement of coordinated plans and regulations for the physical development of the city. The Planning Commission also reviews and provides recommendation on certain projects in the city, such as Conditional Use Permits and subdivisions.
