SMA-23-010 2023 Asphalt Repair Project

The following project will be accomplished as a limited small works project and will be subject to prevailing wage laws. 

Project consists of prepping saw cut, remove fill, prepare gravel base, and placing approximately 9 tons of asphalt at various locations within the city. Four (4) locations have already been cut, as shown on the attached list. The contractor will place and compact 3" of 1/2" PG 64-22 HMA, as well as sand and tack the edges. Traffic control listed as line item. The city will provide required permits. A map of site locations is included as well as a chart of area calculations. A MISC line item was included to allow for additional locations to be added as needed. If work location is adjusted, unit pricing to remain the same. Proposals for furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for the following described work will be received by the City of Woodland Public Works Office at 236-B Davidson Ave, Woodland WA 98674 or by electronic mail at mykebustk@ci.woodland.wa.us.
