SMA-22-009 Curb Pressure Washing & Painting Project

The project consists of pressure washing and painting curbs throughout the City, at locations shown in the attached map. RIght of Way Permit with Traffice Control Plan will be required. 

Paint: State Spec 983712 Yellow or approved equivalent

Work in the downtown (Buckeye to Lilac) area shall be completed by June 10, 2022 balance of work to be completed by July 1, 2022

The Invitation to Bid stated that “Right of Way Permit with Traffic Control Plan required.”

Clarification: Right of Way Permit(s) will be paid for by the City; but they will be based on the work plan/schedule and traffic control plans. Meaning that it will depend on how the work is broken down by schedule and area and that Traffic Control Plan is based on how the work is expected to be performed, i.e. from road side or from sidewalk side.
