Press Release - City Administration Changes

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The City of Woodland outgoing administration, in an end of the year transition, terminated City Administrator Peter Boyce and Public Works Director Tracy Coleman effective December 31, 2023.  Additionally, Lieutenant Jennifer Ortiz was released from her duties as a result of city council not funding the lieutenant position in the 2024 budget. These two terminations and unbudgeted position led to an emergency special meeting of the City Council on January 1, 2024.
