Wastewater Treatment Plant - WWTP

Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Woodland's Waster Water Treatment Facility is located at Sandalwood Road and operates 365 day a year. The City's sewer infrastructure includes approximately 30 miles of sewer lines and 14 wastewater lift stations. The lift stations transports the flow to the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). The plant produces 100 dry tons of Class B biosolids per year. The biosolids are tested onsite with the exception of metals, which are tested by ALS in Longview.

The Public Works field crew inspects and maintains:

  • Sewer main lines
  • Manholes
  • End line flushing
  • Sewer Lift Stations
