Residential Utilities Application

All residential utility accounts are placed into the property owners name(s). Unfortunately, the City of Woodland does not setup utility accounts in tenants names. This decision, made by the Woodland City Council in May of 2021, aligns with the Revised Code of Washington.

However, duplicate bills can be mailed to the tenant if requested by the property owner. All requests can be submitted by calling our customer service center at 1-888-674-0085.

To setup a new residential utility account, please fill out the residential application by clicking on the link below. The application will ask you to attach a copy of your photo ID and proof of ownership documentation (such as a settlement agreement or a warranty deed). This document must list your name(s) as the owner(s) AND the closing date. 

Applications will not be processed without the attached documents and services may be disconnected if an account is not opened.
