Woodland Community Center
The Woodland Community Center has a spacious 27ft 8in x 36 ft open floor plan that is great for small family gatherings and events. There is a small kitchen that is available for use as well as a few tables and chairs.

- Refrigerator
- 4 Burner Electric Stove
- Dishwasher
- Sink
- 1 person bathroom
- 3 round tables 5ft in diameter (seat 5-6 people each)
- Three large rectangular tables 6ft by 29.5in (seat 6 people each)
- 55 chairs
There is a max capacity of 49 people allowed in the building.

Rates per Resolution 750:
- Resident - $325 (Includes $200 refundable security deposit)
- Non-Resident - $350 (Includes $200 refundable security deposit)
- Non-Profit Organization - $300 (Includes $200 refundable security deposit
- Proof of Non-Profit Status must be submitted with your application.
