Woodland Creek is a 150-lot subdivision of 41.17 acres of property zoned low-density residential. Lot sized range in size from 3,600 square feet to 10,280 square feet and includes a 14-acre open space tract, a sewer pump station tract, and two stormwater tracts. The project includes a street connection between Statesman Drive and Lewis River Road at the intersection of McCracken Road. The project also includes a pedestrian connection to the school and a second emergency vehicle connection to Lewis River Road.
