The City of Woodland is working to acquire property at the corner of Lakeshore Drive and Goerig Street to construct an approximately 1200 SF Civic Center. Proposed civic center will include reception, exhibit, and office space, as well as public restrooms. The Civic center will also include landscaping and will be served by a shared parking agreement with the new Woodland Community Library proposed to be located to the East of the subject lot.
