Status Updates
The City adopted the AG zoning district in Ordinance 1508.
This ordinance was appealed to Cowlitz County Superior Court, the City Hearing Examiner, and the Washington State Growth Management Hearings Board, based upon it's lack of proper environmental review and non-compliance with the Washington State Growth Management Act.
In order to avoid a costly legal fight, the City Council for Woodland adopted Ordinance 1529 rescinding Ordinance 1508 and eliminating the AG zoning district.
