City of Woodland - Missing Middle Housing Grant

The City of Woodland is looking to develop code language that will put it into compliance with House Bill 1110, titled Minimum Development Densities In Residential Zones.

This bill requires that jurisdictions of varying sizes, take minimum steps to ensure housing affordability by making sure that residential codes allow for a variety of housing types and options.
