The project includes extending sanitary and water from Goerig Street to Island Aire Drive within Lakeshore Drive. This includes 2289 LF of 12 inch PVC sanitary sewer and 2246 LF of 12” PVC water main pipe. The project also includes 1100 cubic yards of embankment and miscellaneous items associated with the sewer and water installation. Work shall be completed 40 days after notice to proceed.
