• Project No. 1 - W. Scott Avenue Asbestos Cement Waterline Replacement
• Project No. 2 - W. Scott Avenue Road Full Depth Reclamation from Pacific to RR tracks
• Project No. 3 - W. Scott Avenue/Guild Road from RR tracks to Schurman Way

Project No. 1 - W. Scott Avenue Asbestos Cement Waterline Replacement

• Advertisement for Bids went out April 2023
• City Council Approved the Lowest Bidder May 1, 2023
• Start of Construction approximately May 15, 2023
• Substantial completion July 28, 2023
• Final Completion 2 weeks after substantial completion

Project No. 2 and 3 - Guild Road and West Scott Avenue Improvements

• Advertisement May 10- 24, 2023
• Start Construction Approximately June 19, 2023
• Substantial Completion Approximately November 10, 2023
• Final Completion 2 weeks after Substantial Completion

We will not have any full road closures, only partial lane closures. We will keep access open to your business or residence during the construction projects and be in direct communication with you and share what week we will be working along your property line. If your residential home has one driveway, we will need to block your driveway as we pour and allow for cure time.  We will work with you during this time.
