Report ADA Concern or Suggestion

The City of Woodland endeavors to provide equal access to all citizens, including qualified disabled individuals. Requests for accommodations, concerns, or suggestions regarding ADA challenges shall be directed to the ADA/504 coordination, who will investigate, develop, and implement a resolution if necessary. Please fill out the form below if you would like to provided ADA comments. Once you click submit, your request automatically is sent to the Public Works office for review.
