20 After 4 - Appeal of Notice & Order Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing for Appeal APP-21-002 has been scheduled before the Hearing Examiner. The meeting will be held by remote meeting and at the Council Chambers, 200 E. Scott Avenue, Woodland, Washington. The purpose of the meeting is to hear the Paradigm LLC appeal of the Code Enforcement Notice and Order (CE-0015 and CE-0016) for operating without a business license and operating a retail marijuana business in violation of city code at 1511 N Goerig Street in Woodland, WA.

Comments to be included in the staff report must be submitted by 5 p.m. on December 21st, 2021. Additional comments will be accepted until the closing of the open record portion of the hearing.
The public may join in-person by following mask and social distancing rules. Attendance may be limited in the council chambers. The public may also join virtually via GoToMeeting. Please see instructions at the bottom of the agenda that is attached below.
