Notice of Application 1981 Schurman Way

Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland will receive comments from interested individuals regarding applications on a lot located at 1981 Schurman Way in Woodland, Washington.  [SPR-23-009, SEP-23-008]. Applicant proposes to develop four additions to an existing manufacturing and warehousing building. A total of 5,280 SF of new construction is proposed, predominantly replacing existing impervious area with structures used for manufacturing, distribution, and/or accessory storage uses.

The City of Woodland has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). The environmental checklist and further information can be found below. This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2).
