Notice of Application and Public Hearing - CAP-23-001

Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland will receive comments from interested individuals regarding applications CAP-23-001, SEP-23-005, SPR 23-003, and SSD-23-001 for a residential development that proposes to construct a total of 252 apartments with associated parking, recreation, and utilities. Proposed development is located on parcel numbers 50650, 506520100, 5065201, 506520300, 506520400, 506520500, and 506520200 located on the southern side of Lewis River Road (SR 503) between Insel Road and Gun Club Road.

Comments regarding the applications may be hand-delivered to 230 Davidson Avenue and placed in the utility billing drop box, mailed to PO Box 9, Woodland WA 98674, or e-mailed to lukaczerd@ci.woodland.wa.us. Written comment must be received by 5PM on March 22nd, 2023 to be considered with the staff report, however the record will remain open until the conclusion of the public hearing. Copies of the decision will be made available upon request.

The Woodland Hearing Examiner will hold a Public Hearing on the associated applications on April 11th, 2023 at 9:00AM.
