SPR-22-010 Notice of Application

Notice is hereby given that the City of Woodland will receive comments from interested individuals regarding applications on an unaddressed lot given parcel number 508340101 in Woodland, Washington [SPR-22-010, SEP-22-010]. Applicant proposes to develop a new two 10,235 SF buildings primarily consisting of warehousing uses and associated offices.

The City of Woodland has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2).  The environmental checklist and further information is listed below.
