Master Land Use Application Package

This application package is required for all land use and planning application types.  Please complete the Land Use Application as well as the Ownership Certification forms.

Up to 5 different land use types can be included on the same application (site plan review, SEPA, Critical Areas Permit, etc.).  If your Land Use application requires a fire review, please submit an application directly to CCFR via their portal. 

Please do not submit payment until we notify you that initial processing is complete.  We will send an email notification with the confirmed fee amount and detailed information about payment options.
